Hi, I’m Eric!

I’m the owner of Max Muscle St Pete, and I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals while maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach™ through NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association), you can often find me out and about in the St. Petersburg, Florida community at local events on health and wellness.  I enjoy speaking about all things fitness including vitamins/supplements and workout routines, as well as helping others learn about sports nutrition and its role in helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.

I love to be active and enjoy daily strength training and body building. Although I haven’t ever had the chance to compete, it is my goal to start within the next 12 months.  In my spare time I’m an avid offshore saltwater fisherman and love to root for my favorite sports teams including the Bulls, Rays and Bucs!  I also enjoy playing the drums, and have played for nearly 30 years.

I am the Manager of Max Muscle St. Pete.  My favorite part about my job is hearing how people have accomplished their fitness goals with our help!

Like Eric, I am also a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach™, and nothing is more rewarding to me than helping others reach their health and wellness goals. I really love staying active and focusing on my heath, and sharing my passion with others to help them reach their goals truly makes my job awesome.

When I’m not at Max Muscle St. Pete, you can often find me at the gym doing strength training, interval training, and even a little bit of group training at my gym.  I really love staying active and focusing on my health. In the spirit of striving to be the best version of me that I can be, eventually I would like to join the world of CrossFit. If I’m not at work or the gym, you can often find me out in ocean or relaxing on St. Pete beach!

Hi, I’m Nick!

Nick McNeal is a health, nutrition and fitness enthusiast who was born in San Diego Ca, and raised in FL. He got into health and nutrition at 16 when he had to make weight for sporting events. Since then he has been personal training and helping to motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle. He’s currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition.
